my 12 year old is having excessive gas, belching, abdominal pain, and grey stool for about a week and a half. does anyone have any idea what is happening.

Take your child to the doctor - now. The grey stool can indicate a problem with their gallbladder. Any abdominal pain also needs to be investigated.
