Hi. My boyfriend’s ball sac always looks deflated and empty. And his testicles are on the small side. When he cums it’s usually not a lot and the consistency varies. However it’s usually on the thick side. Wondering if he’s having fertility issues or just bad luck, as we can’t seem to get pregnant yet ( it’s been  almost a year). Btw he’s 34. No children.
