My brother coughed real hard felt like his kidney exploded (his words) hes n severe pain for 5 hrs..Hurts to breath or cough and to move around..should he go to er..pulled musle broken rib?
Hi, it sounds like he could of cracked a rib something that can easily be done coughing.
I would advise him to go get checked out at the doctors :-)
