I obviously yelled at her when she pulled down her panties and touched her cousins ****** and talked to her and her parents. I dont know where she got this from! I dont allow her to watch anything except cartoon show and her father left us long ago. Is she turniing into a lesbian?

Some things are laid down in humans. Sexual curiosity is one of the things. I think it's important to let kids explore things, while they are the same age and it's voluntary. Do not be afraid that one day she is a lesbian because they play today.
Tons of kids experience this at a young age. She was most likely just curious to see if other people have the same "equipment" as she does. Don't be worried that she's lesbian. Well, either way you should love your child, but I highly doubt that she has any real feelings for anyone yet.
