am 19 and when ever i go to pull it back it just really hurts and after a while when i leave my foreskin back it can swell!! and now and then the tip of my foreskin cuts and i just cant pull back my foreskin with out alot of pain!! i dont want to get circumsised is there and cream or any method?? i am virgin btw!! do i just keep pullin it back or sumthin?? thanks
