i took 4 tablespoons of baken soda and now im haveing problems with pain now what could be wrong with them and will it go away
I presume you were taking the baking soda as an antacid. Well, you took way too much if you took it all at once or spaced over the day. If you insist on using baking soda (which I don't recommend) you should not take more than 2 TEASPOONS and space that over the day at 1/4 TEASPOON at a time.
As for the kidney pain, it may or may not be related to the baking soda. If the pain persists after 24 hours, call your doctor. If the pain become unbearable go to the emergency room.
