Hi, I guess that you don't normally pull your foreskin back? What do you mean when you say it is too swollen to pull forward? Is this a new problem? It is not unusual for the head of an uncircumcised penis to be very sensitive, as it is not used to friction from clothing etc. Try pulling the foreskin forward again when relaxed and in the bath when the skin will be softer.
