My penis has a open sore on the left side of it and it smells really bad. What could this be? It also is peeling skin off of the penis head and is red underneath it. What could this be?

It could be a fungal infection. They thrive in dark, warm, moist locations. Do you have a foreskin?
But, the open sore, is a concern.

Open sore and it smells really bad = Go see a urologist ASAP!!!! It's your penis dude and you only get 1 so take care of it.
