I have the same problem... (I am not circumsized) It's like red scratch under my foreskin, around the shaft, but it is not bumpy (just red)... Is it something to worry about, will it go away without medical assistence? It doesnt hurt, nor it is uncomfortable, it's just make me think all the time, because I'm worried... But I also think it's just an irritation caused by masturbation... Am i right? I've noticed it 2 or 3 days ago, and I am waiting it to heal without meds...
