I used steel wool on a bunch of my moles. First I scraped them till they bled. Next I put Aloe and Nail polish remover on them and took 2 gulps of lighter fluid. It did not remove my moles. It just made them very red and swelled up.

C oil and B soda worked great for me...the moles got 'hard, scabby, cancerous looking' then peeled like an old scab.
however I now have 'pink bumps', the skin under the 2 small moles, raised up.

I just started using similar methods to get rid of mine. I was originally trying to get rid of a skin tag I had. I bought a "As Seen On TV" product called TagAway from Wal-mart but it did nothing and would take about a month to see any results. I returned it and tried a suggestion I found on the internet about using Apple Cider Vinegar. To my surprise the skin tag came off in about two days.
I was one of the unfortunate ones to be struck with a hereditary line of moles. I have several on my face and a ton on my back. There are two close together, both raised, one bigger than the other, and I guess just normal brown mole coloring. So I decided to try this method as well on the moles to see if it would work as I hate pain and I don't want a massive doctor's bill. I first started by using a finger nail file to scrap the surface of each very lightly. Not even sure if I broke skin or not.
After applying the vinegar a few days, the only thing I noticed was that the mole would scab up the top part, then a few days later the scab would fall off. It seemed like the mole was healing itself and never going away. So I saw this thread about the baking soda and castor oil. Well I had already bought the vinegar so why waste it. I bought a box of baking soda and covered each mole with a portion of the powder. After that I soaked some small gauze strips in the vinegar and placed them over the powder. Then I covered each with a bandaid and let them sit till they dried up. It usually didn't take too long because of the chemical reaction.
Once I removed the bandaids, there was a p***y sticky substance. I assume it's just the white powder mixing with the vinegar to form a paste. Anyway, it has been working so far and my moles are slowly getting smaller. The fatter one seems to have the top layer ate through by the acid and I can see a bit of blood as if a fresh scab was removed. The combo acts as a deterrent it seems to prevent the wound from scabbing over.
So hopefully in a week or so they will both be finally gone. I am going to go by the doctor's later today and have them check it out to make sure it's not harmful. So far there has been very little pain. If any, it's been a tiny stinging feeling when first applying the vinegar. But then again, I can't tell if it's a sting or just coldness. Overall, I would say it's pretty painless. I am also going to have them look over my whole body to make sure none of my moles are cancerous.
I will let you all know if the moles actually come off and if there are any scars or side effects.

Light brown and a little raised. I am trying the apple cider vinegar first . I want to try the garlic as well ... Whichever works fastest & best. So far using the Castor Oil and Baking Soda seems to work the fastest and there is no pain so far. Neither of the two moles I have tried them on have fallen off yet but they are getting smaller. Hopefully they will be gone soon as I have a ton on my back to do and a couple on my face as well.

I don't think baking soda and water will do anything. You should either mix the soda with vinegar or caster oil. With the caster oil it's just enough to make a gummy like paste. With the vinegar, just apply the soda to the mole so it's covered. Then apply a small strip of gauze soaked in vinegar. When it hits the soda it will cause the reaction.
A note on mine so far, they have shrunk down, but there still hasn't been any blackening or falling off of either of them. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

My friend got rid of his moles but heating up a screw from the stove and then just straight burned them off. They scabbed up and then eventually left vague scar. This is a more ballsy you're just fed up approach, which I'll probably end up doing after summer because I doubt these will work for me.
