If you see pus you have an infection. You need to see your doctor. It does NOT have to be an STD.
Infections can cause swelling of the testicle and also pain. It may be epididymitis.
You do need to get it treated however.

Well is not leakin puss is only when I have finish you know. N there's is half regular white but u can see puss in it but is my right testicle swollen
See your urologist or a doctor. It can be an infection.
