I think i can agree with using some product to masturbate and leaving it on will cause this. I got this problem last night. I woke up and my scrotum was tight and seemed chapped, dry, just uncomfortable. I went home from work and took a shower and i could peel off the skin like a sunburn. After that it was raw and itched pretty bad. Now im waiting to see what happens. But the only thing i did differently that i know of was use shampoo to masturbate and fell asleep without taking a shower and worked the next day with it all still on two days before this happened. So im pretty sure mine is an infection, but im just going to scrub the piss out of it every day and then dry it like crazy afterwards to see if it works. Ill try and reply on here in a week to let anyone else know of this will work. Best of luck to all!!

I am 14 and I also got this problem. I was freaking the hell out at first but luckily I found this website. I don't know what caused it but I have found my own solution. Don't listen to people that say to shave it off. This is painful and it just makes it more red and even dryer in the future. Try thoroughly rubbing bio oil on the testicles. This is an oil specificly for dry or dead skin. It makes all the flakes just roll off, pain free. It also somehow cures the redness and hydrates the skin. Plus it feels good after as well. Just rub it every day and it should be gone hopefully in a couple weeks max

This is my case is. At least I think... anyways, I was trying out the suck over bag with cream inside the bag and I was using body cream thing and soap lots of it, for like 5-10 minutes. Then next day It felt leathery so I put Vaseline on it and wash every day. I've only been doing it for 1 day. If this doesn't go away in a week I will talk to my mom and see if can get a doctor to look at it.

I think you nailed it. I somewhat regularly shave and mine is at its worst right now, a few days after I shaved; and I have been in my salt pool constantly lately.

Any other solutions found other than brushibg with a toothbrush?

I think it's from the soap you are using. Everytime I jerked off in the shower as a young lad, when I resorted to bar of soap because I ran out of body wash. That's when my nuts got like that.

Same here...i have had it a couple times but it doesn't hurt and it goes away in a few days. I think its from not rinsing soap off completely too.

I have that exact c**p happen to me rite now!! Its painfully dried shiny like elephant skin,with lil to none strech to the skin. Wtf can I do? I mean should I ride it out wt otc itch creams,or go to the ER asap??
