My sister frequently goes without breakfast, sometimes lunch then works out at the gym. She is only a lightweight, size 8-10 in clothes, and slim. We went out for a big meal the other night, she had a substantial dinner, then a sweet followed by a large red wine and coffee. All was well until she said she felt hot, she then fainted after feeling very clammy, any ideas what this may be due to,

Her diet routine is the biggest problem.Missing breakfast and lunch is a big concern. Starting the day on an empty stomach is something which is harming her health.She should space her meals so that she eats something substancial at least thrice a day with smaller portions thrown in between.It is very rightly said that you should eat  breakfast like a king,a lunch like a commoner and a dinner like a pauper to stay fit.
