I am a 19 years old college student. I'm about 5'4 and weigh 108 pounds. Through my entire life, I have never had to watch what I eat or ever go to the gym. I was on my period all last week and my stomach was bloated like crazy for the first time. Also, the week before I got my period, was eating constantly. My period is over now and my stomach still feels bloated after I eat something as small as a bagel. I get hungry but my stomach always feels fat and full vs the flat stomach and fast metabolism that I'm used to.
Is there something wrong with my stomach? Is there something I can do to prevent this? Is my metabolism slowing down at age 19?
Someone please help!
