Hi, it is unlikely that you have either if you haven't had any kind of sexual contact before, not sure how old you are because you don't say but the best thing you can do is to go see your doctor as it could be several different things that are easily treatable.

Talk to your parents about it or an adult female relative, it is possible to pick up some forms of sti's from kissing but they normally in the form of oral then not genital and it would be very unusual for someone your age getting one unless you have been with a lot older guy.
