After a half hour of a intense 69 .. My lips are very swollen .. im scared this has.never happened before.. can some please help me.

Its because of the excessive sucking that they have puffed up like that due to extra blood and fluids being pulled into them, they will go down in a few day, you can try an ice pack to try speed it up if its causing you discomfort. :-)
