I weigh way too much for my height and weight, I look way too large for my personal Comfort Zone too. I really want to drop at least 2 sizes and keep the weight off and stay toned. I workout daily, e/o day gym or walk for at least an hour. I sweat a lot too. Sometimes at night I get cravings for munchies after all that work exercising. Then I choose semi healthy snack like Ritz crackers with cream cheese. But the problem is then the next day i realize I ate the whole box and barrel of crackers and finished all the, "lite" cream cheese. I don't feel like eating celery or carrots or drinking water at nite, just doesn't cut it. Should I eat less during the day so I can snack at nite, or amp up my exercise routine even more, so I sweat more water, and burn more calz, and therefore can eat as much as I want as long as I exercise my heart out?????So confused, and miserable. Diet pills and sleeping at night don't work together---thats why at night Im eat so much more than day time too i think...
