my wife is in second trimester of pregnancy.doctor suggest him to inject Benzathine pencillin injection six times in interval of 15 days. i could not understand why she prescribed Pencillin injection.
After 15 days of second injection my wife found red sopt and itching at the inject area.Should i continue for the third injection.

Hello! So can I take it that due to your putting it under bladder, urters, and urethral problems, she has a UTI? IF so she NEEDS the antibiotics to get rid of the infeciton you do NOT want an infection while pregnant! And also the itchy site is a reaction to the cocktail! Hope this helps! Also don't have sex, IF it is a UTI as it can aggravate it!
