Have you guys used any medicines to cope with the side effects?  I'm not getting my teeth out until May 10th and I wish that it was so much sooner, but sadly it isn't.  I am miserable, nauseous, and dizzy.  The pain in my teeth don't bother me, but does nausea medicine help you guys?

Hi! Maybe someone can help me out? Past several months I have had this off balance feeling in my head, anxiety episodes, dizziness, vertigo (dr. said an infection spread to my inner ear, wich I'm thinking maybe from one of my two lower wisdom teeth) been feeling spaced out (kinda like "high" feeling), strange neck & heavy head feelings. I have one particailly erupted wisdom tooth and one impacted sideways i think. but i have no pain or swelling. I have had redish discharge oozing from the gums that smells and the molar by the impacted one is starting to smell bad. So I wonder if if there is a bacteria infection going on that is causing these symptoms? i tried to ask my dr. but he said "I would associate that more with pain" but he did give me anti biotic and for the week i took them i did feel great! but 3 days after i was done taking them the feelings came back. I am just wrapped up in this whole mystery trying to figure this out. i really hope it is an infection from this and not a worse problem. thank you anyone who has some insight for me i really appreciate it! :)

Hi. I had also this feeling of doom waves at moments. Feeling dizzy but not completely that I can't stand on my legs. Sometimes these reactions appears, sometimes not. I don't feel any pain, but on the contrary, I visited every specialist I could. My heart was examined in detail and the doc says it's totally fine! The bloodworks fine, the kidneys, liver, stomach, everything fine. Even I made a stress test, and it was excellent. Besides all that, I feel totally bad. Something bothers me, I feel anxious at moments, I feel like my consciousness is fading.. These symptoms appeared before 6 months and I extracted my lower left wisdom tooth. After approx. 2 weeks the symptoms are gone. Now again - Hell! Soon I will be removing my other impacted lower right tooth (which I should have removed then), and will update about whether the symptoms will subside and how fast. Good luck to all of you guys!!

I'm posting a bit late, but I'm doing that cause someone might find it helpful... Same happened with me. I was practicing with my band, and we were playing like 2 hours. After that I felt like startled... Mild anxiety kicked in also. I felt like my consciousness is fading. I could barely drive my car, and while I was doing that I felt some strange sensations related to my sight. After few hours the symptoms were relieved. Before few days I visited all doctors! Everything tested is okay. It only remains the one wisdom tooth I have left (impacted). It's sure that after removal, the symptoms will disappear. I've had that experience before, with the other tooth I extracted. Best wishes to all of you, friends!

Hi. Did you ever get any relief from your problem. I have the same exact thing going on. I thought it was related to my sinuses but my sinuses are clear now but the ear specialist statedI should see a dentist.

Hi guys. I'm writing now for the sake of your ease. DO NOT worry at all, because those symptoms of strange feelings and dizziness, brain fog, pain, fatigue, whatever..is definitely caused by impacted wisdom teeth! Besides some docs deny that, I still believe that all my suffering was caused by lower right impacted wisdom tooth, which I have extracted before 4 days. I still feel some little pain because of an ulcer developed on the site, but nevertheless other symptoms are almost gone! No more anxiety, no more stress, no more doom and dizziness! The body takes a few weeks to recover after surgery, so don't feel strange about it whether if you feel 'tired' or crappy after the extraction. Everything will get to normal, I guarantee! Have a nice time :-)

Impacted wisdom teeth or an tooth infection can cause dizziness, sinus infection, nausea, fatigue, ear infections, eye problems rash , shortness of breath wheezing the list goes on teeth infections usually go for the heart another suceptiblel organ is the appendix

That why it is so important to have a good dentist that sterlizes everything uses ozone and makes sure that they do cavitation which is grind down 1mm of bone and then sterlize the whole area stay away from the deadly root canal concept get an implant

When you get sick ALWAYS look back at what you were doing during that time...did you have dental work, did you travel did you have an accident, did you move did you have any medical procedure even implants can make you sick
... if you had dental work see what teeth were involved get them looked at my dentist looked at them and did'nt see anything I hired a investigative scientist to figure out what was going me so sick she tested my teeth the one she found infected was the exact one I had worked the same month that i got sick I mean disabled type of sick no longer working driving etc... . I read a story about someont that suffered 10 years with a serious heart condition the symptoms were dizziness, heart palpitations, shortness of breath and the list does on finally someone was hired to figure it out they did an xray direct resonance of her jaw suprise there was an infection it was the molar tooth they had worked on 10 YEARS AGO it was strep at the site they addressed the the tooth issuet and within three weeks she no longer had any heart condition every single symptoms was gone! This part is crazy She was imarried to a dentist! 70 Percent of illness are linked to the mouth even though you may not be aware of it/ . The other story is some is deathly ill for months they decided to have three root canals extracted by a holistic dentist after they extracted the teeht they drill holes into the jaw bone put in ozone and the person sits up and is cured instanteously!

Medical doctor are NOT educated on dental issues of course they absolutely should be aware of dental issues I went from doctor to doctor .I went to 2 pulmonary doctors , . 2 GI doctor doctors, 4 ER doctors , 2 doctor in rhematology , 1 infectious disease doctor a 1 neuro- surgeon,. 1 dermatologist and sport Medicine doctor I was tested for Lyme four times I had exploratory surgery ..., I saw over 40 doctors only one looked at my teeth what looks like a mystery illness has such and easy fix! Only one MD ever mentioned how deadly root canals and that was my regular intergrative medicine doctor, I had all my l root canals teeth extracted and he know how dangerous silver and mercury fillings and wanted me to take the mercury challenge test once I got strong enough The NDs were WAY more aware of dental issues and were asking the right question like what do recall the months or months surrounding your illness? I was able to retrieve my calender from 15 months back and I had dental work done on wisdom tooth ...and we also did tons of research and the help with of fantastic holistic dentist, and an investigative scientist we were able to finally get to the bottom of what was going on

I am a 29yr old male. Since year 2010 i've been having tension headaches and migranes on and off accompanied by dizziness and chronic sinusitis. This year 2013 it got worst and I was rushed to emergency numerous times due to dizziness, palpitation, extreme head pressure, sensitivity to light and sound, extreme fatigue, unable to concentrate, sleepiness and all other common symptoms mentioned in this post. Worst is I have developed anxiety and panic attacks. All my medical results returned normal, I've been to cardiology, neurology, orthopedic. At this time I am being cured by ENT due to my acute sinusitis which does not seem to heal for about 2 months already. I tried having second opinion to a different ENT and FINALLY he referred me to Maxillofacial Surgery after getting the result of the sinus CT scan which he ordered, which revealled that I have impacted wisdom teeth. It was later on confirmed by a panoramic dental scan and found out that I have five teeh impacted. Yes, Five. I dunno how it happened but aside from the impacted third molar on top and bottom jaw, in my upper left jaw, there is a 4th small tooth next to it. I have attached the image address below for you guys to see for yourselves. My only problem is i am currently here in Saudi Arabia since this is where I work and it seems that the dentists aren't aware that this is an emergency case. They want me to treat my symptoms before extracting these impacted teeth. Any advice if this is really what is causing this unexplainable feeling. How about those guys who had their third molars extracted before, Did all the unexplained symptoms just go away?

So I have been lightheaded for over a yr. I have been to every doctor and everything is normal.  I have 3 wisdom teeth, 2 on the bottom and one on top. They do not hurt me nor are they popping through but the one on top is going into my nasal cavity. Could this be causing my light headedness? Should I have them all removed? I hope to hear more people talking about how things are with them once their teeth were removed. I would do just about anything to stop feeling this way.

Hello! Wisdom teeth do cause lightheadedness (at least from my own experience with 4 wisdoms coming out at once) you can read the previous posts. They can be very helpful. By the way, it is not unusual for the tooth to go into your nasal cavity. I suffer from nasal obstruction, and I think it is related. I hope this helps!
