Hi. I'm 35 year old male and I’ve been having some problems with keeping my weight in normal limits.
I don’t know a lot about diets because for always I succeeded in this with a lot o physical activities.
A year ago I have changed my job and this new one is taking a lot more of my free time that last one.
So, I don’t have time to visit my fitness center and to jog in morning like I used to. Some good diet is the only solution.
Any ideas?

I have some suggestions for you about one diet and believe me- this is already tried diet by many of my friends.
The diet is called Neanderthin. I know that this will probably sound funny but Paleolithic nutrition - natural diet based on what Stone Age people ate.
Only raw food should be eaten, just like in the Paleolithic age.
Meats could now be preserved by drying and smoking them in racks above the warming fire. Diet is based on fruits and vegetables and some nutritionally-challenged breads.
I insure you, it worked with a lot of people close to me and it will work on you.
Try it, you have nothing to lose.
