I decided to stop cracking my neck because I would have lingering soreness for few days after doing it. I have plenty of other joints that I can and do crack.

I used to crack my neck regularly, but I subsequently fixed my posture…standing up straight, sitting without slouching, etc…however, not by choice, lower back injury sort of forced it on me. I have noticed that since I fixed my posture I cannot crack my neck.

I have this habit, too. I'm looking for solutions to how to stop. Sometimes, it gives me such relief!
