I recently (2 months) had c5-6, 6-7 fusion, out of brace but I do use a soft collar when I go outside.  I have been doing great until today, went to the store and reached over my head to get something, I immediately felt something stretch and immediately pain into neck and thorasic scale of 8-9, cant get comfortable, headache.  Is this something to warrent an er visit or heating pad? Thanks for any answers t3mama99
