Hey everyone I just woke up this morning with a pain in my neck when i open my mouth, and my left nostril apears to be swollen. Ehat are these the symptoms of, and should I contact a doctor? Oh yeah and some gas is kicking in.

If your glands are swollen that you are having some adverse reaction in your body. It is most likely some sort of infection. If the lymph nodes on the neck are swollen than the infection is located somewhere around your neck. You said your nose is swollen as well. Have you had any problems with sinuses? Lymph nodes can get swollen if you have flu, so it might be that you caught something at your trip.
In some cases there is no need to see a doctor, and home treatment should be enough. You will need some rest and some antibiotics for the infection. But if this condition continues to give you trouble you should visit a doctor and ran some tests.
