im seventeen and i have a pinched nerve in my neckbec bicycle accident when i was eleven. . my neck will start to hurt and cause my head to hurt and sometimes it gets rly bad and i will get woozy and feel like im weak and going to pass out.it rly hurts and otc meds dont seem to do anything. pls help.could it be from nerve in neck and also dizzyness sometimes.thx.
