I've been on a clean diet and have been following with the best I can the book called "Eat to Live". I mostly eat unrefined carbohydrates for the last 3 months. I don't even processed foods anymore like I use to. In the past I've suffered from severe acne breakouts during my younger years on my face, neck, and chest. I went on this diet for better health, lost weight, and ultimately get rid of these breakouts. But I've noticed that I experienced even more acne breakouts when I switched to this diet. Is this what happens when your body is cleaning itself? I think it's called detox? Any thoughts or ideas? Or maybe you've experienced the same thing.
