Need to pee every 5 minutes but doesn't last all day

Hello, recently I started to have symptoms like UTI but without the burning, just the need to urinate all the time  but nothing comes out. But now I have another symptom, for 40 min to 1 hour I have to pee every five minutes, even if I didn't drank that much I really pee a lot. And like I said after 40min to 1 hour it stops and  I have the UTI symptoms without burning again.
