Hi everyone. I wrote yesterday but don't think i pressed submit...
Anyway -
I'm a pretty healthy 40 year old guy. Newly seperated after 15yrs marriage, two boys ages 10 & 7. PLus i can still find time to masterbate daily.
The problem is that the other day while in the bath, i found a pea sized fleshy lump on the base of my left penis. This lump is squishy but solid ( if you can understand that). It is not painful, but i have noticed that my left testical has reduced pain when pressure is applied.
I am worried but still at 40 i'm quiet embarressed to talk to anyone. My father has had prostate cancer...

Please if anyone can help with any advise that would be great.
