1. Can you tell me which the beast healthcare message boards are?
2. Is there a problem with spam on this site - and can you turn it off (dont want it to reach my email)
3. How can i send a private message? (doesnt seem to be an option for this).

As for your questions :
1. Do you mean for our site? If so, whatever our forum you choose, you'll get quality answer(s).
2. Don't worry about spam, you're protected from it.
3. You cannot initially send PMs, but with first post you made, you fulfilled requirements for sending personal messages. Just click on your profile icon and choose "messages".
