I am not a doctor. However, you should definitely get a second opinion. A hysterectomy is permanent, and there may be other options, especially at age 24. If you wrote in standard English rather than text-message jibberish, you would be taken much more seriously.

Oh, you're only 24, i don't suggest you get a hyster. But i really understand you, the pain caused by endometriosis is so unbearable. Anyway, i think you may consider an alternative therapy to get it treated.
