I am 14 years old and have noticed that my clitoris has no "feeling" when I touch/rub it, It just feels like if someone was touching my arm, you can feel it, but it isn't "pleasurable".
Is it possible that I have an
Insensitive clitoris?
Is there any way to fix this?
Sounds neurological... which means that it's fairly tough to treat. What might be the problem is that the nerve bundles on it might be malformed or inactive. If that's the case, you're pretty much screwed.

Well, I hope it isn't insensitive completely. It could be down to the way you touch it, how relaxed you are, and how lubricated your finger was. Have you ever had any sexual feelings - Perhaps via stimulating your breasts? Have you tried other areas like between your inner and outer labia? Do you ever get wet? What about fingering? But be careful if you want to keep your hymen intact.

If you want to chat more, we can. I hope this helps just as a start. If you finally conclude there is no sensitivity, you could ask your Doctor, but I think you should be able to find some feeling.

it is possible that sometime in your childhood you may have damaged it, a fall on a bike seat, or saddle, or possibly a surgery that effected the nerves.. you may wish to speak with a dr. to make sure you weren't "circumcised" at an early age (some religious sects remove all or part of a girls clit, at a young age to prevent promiscuity). there are other areas that you can test to see if you have arousal points. but are too complicated for here, I suggest looking at "Tantric Massage" and any other therapy related to sex.

My wife is 59 years old. She claims she has never received any pleasure from her clit or labia. She has been able to have orgasms through, I assume, stimulation of the G-spot. She says all her orgasms have been "up and inside."

What medications can be use for an insensitive clit?

Alternating hot and cold on it.
I found that rubbing alcohol on my penis glans gave very erogenous feelings. It felt cold as it evaporated then hot then tingly. I really enjoy the feelings caused by the alcohol.
You might also rub it with an ice cube.
As for meds I think you will have to ask your doctor.
