I am confused. I started my period when I was 10, it was very normal up until I was 16, then I stopped having it. I would bleed pink, it was that light for 3 days and one day when I was 17, it never came back. Recently, I got it back and it was so heavy, I had to change overnights 3 times. Now it's gone again and I doubt it's healthy.

I want to know if this is hazardous to my health, could I have a serious problem?

Of course, I don't mind not having my period as most women do, probably.. but I do want kids when I am ready for them.. I don't think I can because of this.
You need to go to a doctor and have it sorted out. I was in the same boat and thought oh well at least i don't have to worry about that time of month like other women. Untill i tried to get pregnant.
It could be PolyCystc Ovarian Syndrome or something along those lines. Don't let the doctors fob you off.
