Hi. Im a 27yo male. Recently, i noticed a two very small, hard, painless nodule which appears on the R next to my extrenal inguinal ring, possibly on my spermatic cord or the muscle beneath it. The nodules feel like small bread crumbs. I can feel them better if i lift up my leg. What could this be? Do I need to see a doctor? I currently dont have insurance and did not want to visit a urologist if i did not need to.
thanks
JJJ
could these just be inguinal lymph nodes? They are about the size of a popcorn kernell, rubbery, mobile. They are only on the right and next to each other.

Its a small, pea-sized knot on the upper portion of my right spermatic cord close to the groin. It is hard, though not painful. There is now a slightly smaller knot directly below it, also on the spermatic cord. Does this look like a spermatocele?

I believe I have the same thing, but in a few different areas. I noticed that I first had a nodule in my groin in the shower. But it isn't quite on my groin but instead just above it at the 'hinge' of my right leg and pelvis. I first noticed this a while ago, but dismissed it thinking that it was an inflamed blood vessle or something, but now I have noticed more in my scrotum. They are very small nodes, even smaller than a pea, but there are a few of them. How serious is this?

yes, i do think that we have the same thing. It appears to be at opening of my R inguinal canal. It is very small, smaller then a pea, and i have two of them together. i went to my doc, and he was not able to feel it. they seem to enlarge when i get an erection. Let me know if you figure it out. If any1 knows what this is, please chime in.
