Hi, I have no appetite lately. Why is this happening? I have always loved to eat and I specially enjoy Italian food.
Hi, eating is vital for keeping good health. Eating well may help you feel better. Try to prepare what you like the best, or make good atmosphere, that can stimulate your appetite. Some people prefer to eat with others, specially this can work for children. It is very important to keep your calorie, protein and fluid intake sufficient, since otherwise you may provoke some other disease to develop. If you feel full after eating only a small amount, try to repeat it after short time, and practically have five meals a day.
I don't think this person's problem is that they doesn't know how to eat well, rather that they have no appetite...
I have had this experience myself or suddenly losing my appetite for no apparent reason. While it's true that you should try to eat in small amounts, even if you're not hungry, what needs to be addressed is your lack of appetite. Do you have a history of depression or anxiety? Any recent stressful events that might have provoked this change of appetite? Sometimes changes in weather or moving to a new place can be enough to trigger this sort of thing. Of course it may be a virus as well. Is this the only symptom you have?
