I need some info about the non SSRI meds. It seems like they do not work when it comes to my depression issue. I have always been vigilant not to use SSRI meds because of their side effects but it seems like I will have to try with them, it is simply not working at all this way.
Well, you did forget about one thing. What about the doctors? Perhaps there is some other option that might help you, perhaps a group, a solo therapy; there are some things you can try before turning to medications. As for SSRI meds, they do tend to create some problems when taken for a long time. Perhaps a short term treatment then? But again, this also requires a consultation with the specialist.
