HI

I have been on a diet change of eating plan for 5 weeks now and not lost an ounce.

I decided to subscribe to a business that deliveres calorie controlled meals to my home. At first I started on the 1200 calories and didnt loose anything. They had a feeling that maybe my body was in starvation mode so increased my intake to 1500 calories. I walk 1/2hour a day.

I havent put on any weight but also I have lost anything and the is the disappointing thing as I really neeed to see the scales move down a notch or two for me to stay on the plan.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what may be going on, what am I doing wrong
