I haven't had a period since July 2, 2010. I took a pregnancy test October 30th it was negative. On the 5th of this month I got a cold, got over it in 3 days. But on the 7th is when all this started. I have been peeing alot, can't sleep, my lower back hurts, I have had a couple of headaches. I have stomache pain off & on all day & night. Sometimes my face feels really hot. I have searched & searched online, asked friends and i got 3 different results.

Does anyone know what this could be? I can't afford to go to the doctor, I have no insurance. I know the ER will accept me but the bill will be high. I just want to know what's going on. Please Help

Do you have a fever?You really should see a doctor it could be any of the three.I wish you luck.
