My one month old son not having bowl movement since last 24 hours. He was usually having it 1-2 a day. He is also eating less. He is on formula( gerber good start). What should we do? He is been crying and fussy all time, also not sleeping well.

Call your pediatrician. If he's on formula he may not always have a regular bowel movement BUT you've noticed a change.
That and being cranky can indicate he's constipated. Make sure he's hydrated. Don't try to treat this yourself, not at 1 month.

I think my five months old son has irregular bladder movement, he can wear a diaper for four hours, and it is not soaked. Is that normal?
