Hi, my husband criticizes me that I’m only asking questions about a diet, but I never actually do anything about it. Well, I have only one more question, and then I will start with new nutrition. Can you tell me please if it’s true that I shouldn’t eat anything after eight PM if I want to lose weight?

Your dinner should be 3 hours before going to bed. If you go to sleep at 2 AM, then what’s the point in this “rule”? What’s the point to starve for six hours? My opinion is that you should have five meals a day: breakfast, snack, lunch, second snack and dinner. There’s nothing wrong in asking questions, as long as you’re doing something about it. Diet should never include starving, and it’s much more effective if it’s combined with exercises. You could try aerobic exercise and running. Those are the best things for losing weight and for staying healthy.
