this morning i woke up with low abdominal pain with pressure in my rectal and vagina it hurt so bad i was vomiting and couldn't move if it was a ovarian cyst that ruptured would i bleed.
well, I had a cyst rupture once. It was no fun, thought maybe etopic pregnancy or who knows what.It hurt, crampy, I felt sick. I didn't bleed. I was post-partum at the time and my cycle had not yet returned.It was about two weeks later that I got my first post partum cycle.
