Hello. Meibomitis is dysfunction of meibomian glands. I think it is not enough to get some over the counter solution. Meibomitis cannot be cured. Systemic antibiotics are recommended. They are administrated for6 weeks and after that a dose is being decreased. Here, tetracycline or doxycycline are recommended. You should discuss this with your ophthalmologist. I hope this helps.
