I've already seen the doctor and was worried at first this was a major problem, but as time went by I began to understand my body's reaction to the inflammation better, so I will share with you what I know to be true.
I will add as much detail as possible, but try not to share redundant information and only state what I believe is the most important factors of this based on what I have been experiencing for the past couple of weeks of paying close attention to my issue.

After I recovered from the common cold, I began experiencing an inflammatory reaction on my penis, and around my bladder or prostate gland region during and many days following masturbation or even only slight sperm release or fondling. The relatively painless, non-bloated inflammation on my penis almost completely subsides a full day after ejaculating, but a swelling and rash-like sensation near my urinary bladder or possibly prostate gland is intensely painful, and can only be relieved by frequent urination. Urinating does not hurt at all, and actually relieves the pain, but my bladder and urethra are sensitive enough to allow me to feel it emptying out as I pee. The urethra is also slightly itchy when touched, if that means anything. I have already seen a physician on short notice and he first expected it to be Kidney Stones, however they called me up the next day after my appointment and said that my urine and blood samples showed no abnormal signs. He already had scheduled an appointment for me to have a CT scan three days later, and the pain had only gotten worse since then, but they still did not determine anything with that either.

At first I suspected it to be skin related, because there was a slightly raw and exposed region on the head of my penis (which has mostly healed). In response I tried to use lubrication, but it did not help matters at all and actually might have even made it feel worse. At first it was only the right side of my bladder or prostate gland which was pulsating with pain, but now its both sides. The pain is becoming more intense and more difficult to ward off every time and also becoming more sensitive and easier to trigger. If you have any advice at all as to how I can relieve the pain and speed up the healing process I would greatly appreciate it because it is making it completely impossible to even think of relieving my tension from masturbation. The stress from the amount of pressure and tension is unreal from my built up semen, even without consciously trying to think of relieving it and is beginning to ruin my everyday life. I desperately need help and am almost at my limit :'(
Have you already gone in for your CT scan? From what it sounds like, you either have a bladder or a prostate problem, and unfortunately there's nothing you can do from the outside. I think the best thing you can probably do is wear loose underwear to keep the head of your penis from rubbing against anything and taking it easy. I don't have any other advice for you other than to wait for your CT scan, and perhaps taking some ibuprofen. I wish you the best of luck, because I know how painful that can be! Keep us posted on your recovery.

Yes, I had already gotten my CT scan done before I posted my message. However I just got back from a Urologist and he said sounded pretty confident that I had prostatis, but he did not say what kind. I had already been doing the same kind of things he told me to do for helping it subside, such as taking a warm 15 minute bath twice a day, drinking in excess of 8 glasses of water/fluid a day, and taking ibuprofen. The urologist suggested I take 2 pills of Aleve per day instead of ibuprofen, and also prescribed me Ciprofloxacin HCL (500mg) twice daily as an antibiotic. He also said that I should continue to ejaculate as normal, and that it would still help it subside in the long run even if it began to irritate my prostate. It doesn't hurt as much as before even though I continued my standard routine, but its still getting bloated and is very uncomfortable. I just started taking my medication yesterday though so theres still lots of time to tell how things will go.
