Pain in the lower buttock radiating there from the rectum. Last year I had brachyherapy. And now I have pain in lower buttock radiating from the rectal area . Went to E-merg , Had a CT scan and all they saw was a inflamed prostate can this cause the pain ?No pain until now.

I don't know enough about your pain, but it could be a pinched cyatic nerve. They act in several different ways and seem to always radiate from the buttock area. It is the largest nerve in the body and can cause debilitating pain. A chiropractor took my pain away in one 10 minute visit and I could hardly walk anymore. I had the pain for 14 weeks.
