I recently went back on a pill three weeks ago that I have been on in the past and never came on my period whilst on but two days ago I came on but only slightly like a pinkish discharge that by the next day gradually became heavier. I then began to receive pains that were like cramps but stronger then passed a clot, could this be a miscarriage?
