Basically I smoke, and recently I have noticed there is small, but noticeable pain at the back of my throat when I swallow, when I put my finger down to check what it is I can't reach it. When I feel my neck on the outside, it feels pretty normal. I am really scared that it can be cancerous, so please help me and tell me if it is...:/
