I don’t know what to do with pains and aches that I suffer when I’m running. My feet are killing me after only a short distance and I’ve also noticed that I sometimes have this strange pain in my abdomen. It’s on the left side, right under the ribcage. To be honest, I’ve always been a hypochondriac and I don’t feel like going to the doctor.

I understand you completely! I always think that I’m going to be diagnosed with certain terminal disease and for some reason I believe that it will be easier if I don’t find that out. The problems you’re having are not dangerous, so better go and do something about them. It’ll be easier for you. If you have flat feet that can be the reason for the pain you’re having. You must wear appropriate running shoes if you want to eliminate that pain. You’re most probably overpronator and you should buy shoes to correct it. And this strange abdominal pain is the result of the incorrect breathing, I think. Try to find some exercises for correcting your breathing, and the pain will disappear.
