I am 48 married and have two children age 21 and 16.I have been suffering for the past 6 years. I have pain at the tip of my penis which starts with a discomfort as I pass water and dose increase into a severe pain. The pain stay with me for few days upto one week and then it goes away for a month or so. I know when the problem starting as i pass water with slight burning pain and gradually over the day and into the next day the pain increases forcing me to urinate freequently sometime within minutes with the severe pain cooling off slighty within minutes. when the pain is at its worse i feel discomfort at the bottom of the penis and anual. What makes it hard to undestand i could be having a bad pains and within minutes there could no pain atall but i know it is not going to last long before it returns. As I mentioned I have been suffering for over six/seven years and the pain gets me down when ever it starts. I have had many tests done to rule out infcetions and two internal inspections of the penis which showed nothing abnormal. I was very happy for the past 11 months as I just had very slight pain and never developed into severe pain as in past, but last month the pattern of the pain was as before and very painfull. please if anyone out there suffering like I do or knows what to do to reduce or even better to cure this or even knows what causing this pain please get let me know.
