I am 18 and me and my girlfriend have been sexually active for some time. I has used a condom 90% of the time. But when we are really in the mood and we dont have any condoms or lube at hand, i just do it dry. Now i am uncircumcised and this happens every time. When i insert my penis in her vagina, the foreskin gets peeled back and it really hurts, almost like a burning feeling, and this also happens when its not being inserted, and i notice the head of my penis will slowly turn purple. I was wondering if this is normal and is there any way to "get around it". Thanks

Exactly where does your penis hurt?
When you pull the foreskin back is the tip of it too tight or does it pull your frenulum or both?
If it turns purple that sounds like the tip may be too tight after it gets behind the head. If get an erection before pulling it back you should be able to tell if it gets really tight as you pull it back.
You should get her warmed up so she's well lubricated naturally before you go in.
Also your foreskin should roll back as you enter her so your penis can move in and out without scraping the walls of her vagina. If the tip is tight it may hurt as it stretches going over the head. If your frenulum is short it will hurt from being pulled on by the foreskin attempting to roll back after it gets over the head as you go in further.
I had both problems. I stretched the tip of my foreskin by inserting two fingers in it while in the shower and spreading them as much as I could stand and holding it there for as long as I could. It took a few months of doing that every time to get the opening big enough so it was no longer a problem.
Then my frenulum got torn during sex. When the ends healed back together it was no longer than before. It tore again and I put some toilet paper on it to keep the ends from going back together when it healed. That made it a little longer but it tore a few more times and I did the same each time. Eventually the frenulum was not a problem and my foreskin rolls all the way back to the bottom of the shaft with no pain, but a LOT of pleasure, because it's doing what it's supposed to do.

The pain is concentrated at the bottom of the head where the skins gets pulled back too. And my head slowly gets purrple from the bottom to the tip of the head of the penis.

That sounds like the tip of your foreskin may be tight. You can try stretching it and see if it gets better in a few weeks.
