Same but im 15. I just had these pains and looked it up to maybe see what it is. It lasts about 10 seconds and occurs every 30 seconds for me. This isnt the first time though. But now im actually worried that there is something wrong.

From about the beginning of the year I started getting this weird feeling in my stomach right before I would have a bowel movement like I could feel it moving through my intestines. Then, in May I started getting these pains in my stomach which intensified but not enough for me to go check it out but then my muscles in my back started tensing up and pulling the muscle in my neck and so I got a massage. During the massage I noticed it felt like I had air in my rib cage then in June/July I started passing blood in my stools.
