pain under left ribcage

I have experience the following symptoms for over 10 years: pain under left rib mostly after meals burning sensation in left arm and arm pit and even up into my chin Burning upper back pain dull lower back pain only on the left side constant changing stool in terms of shape and size but regular lower abdominal discomfort a strange sensation almost as if something is pulling on my esophagus on the inside whenever I stick my fingers in hard under my left rib cage Constant bloatedness I have never gone for any tests but my GP did mention to me back then that I have a hyatis hernia Are all these symptomps related
