hi, after i have sex i have achy painful testicals, sometimes it lasts for an hour or so but the last time it ached all day. can u tel me what is wrong
Since the pain became chronic (happens always after sex) I would see a doc if I were you.
The only thing I could relate is that muscles in the area may spasm after vigorous testicular use/treatment. These spasms are likely to cause discomfort and maybe even the pain regarding the sensitivity of the whole area.
You may try to take a warm bath after sex, which helps relax muscles and see if this helps. If not, you should certainly see a doc for further examination.
